Overview
The intent of this project was the restoration of the exterior facade of the historic Woodward Condominium, in concert with C. A. Lindman Company and Oehrlein and Associates/Davis Buckley Architects and Planners. The scope of work consisted of the restoration of historic steel windows and the restoration and repair of a custom steel beltcourse feature, along with custom coating application. Areas of the beltcourse had been damaged beyond repair, requiring custom replication and insertion. Given the significance of this structure and high profile residents, the occupied nature of this project was a unique challenge. This project was completed on schedule and on budget.
