Overview
The focus of this project was the restoration of three (3) Civil War era residences at the Richmond National Battlefield Park for the National Park Service. The scope of work included restoration and replication of historic wood siding, replication and installation of wood gutter covers, window restoration, historic masonry tuckpointing with custom matched and historically accurate mortars, waterproofing and weatherstripping repairs, and repairs to cedar shake roofing. This project was completed on schedule and on budget in occupied residential and office space in an operating park.
